The Spirit of God and the Mission of God

In this sermon, shared at both Soma Blue Mountains (New South Wales) and The Common Church (Perth, Western Australia) in June-July 2024, Ben considers the reality that Jesus’ charge to ‘go’ in Acts 1:8 comes after his charge to ‘wait’ in Acts 1:4. The order is vital for us, as it’s still verse 4’s promised power of the Holy Spirit that makes Jesus’ verse 8 mission possible.
