Creating a Culture That Supports Your Vision

In every cultural element within your church, you either support or work against your vision. And history and research both prove that if people perceive incongruence between our vision and our culture—that is, between what our people hear and what they experience—people will, understandably, nearly always believe what they experience.

So this exercise asks you to define a certain area of your church’s vision, then invites you into an honest assessment of what aspects of your culture promote that area of your vision, vs. what aspects of your culture work against it.
